[Sunhelp] can not change permission level

You have to disable autofs from automounting /home.

1) edit /etc/auto_home and comment out this line...

/home	auto_home	-nobrowse

2) Stop and start autofs

/etc/init.d/autofs stop
/etc/init.d/autofs start
