[Sunhelp] setting time

(:+}}..... my old suns running sunos are in the year 1972.
They run just fine, as far as I can tell.

The only gotcha is that in compiling suites for them, you have
to manually touch recursively all the incoming source files
so config and make don't get beside themselves.
