[Sunhelp] Quality of parts used by Sun

I'm sure this list will go on and on. 
It's almost like saying Ford's are better than Chevy's.

We have only had one Seagate fail in over 15 years. We have about 40 SCSI
drives in various systems and always specify this is what we want when
purchasing systems.
We do not have any UPS systems either and our systems are prone to attack
from blackouts and brownouts, chattering power, etc. as we are in an
industrial facility.  The one drive that did fail was replaced under
warranty which was like 4 years old.
