Hello
I have downloaded the apache, but i amnot familiar with the compiling
process,can anybody

for compiling, do the following in the directory you extracted the source:

./configure (this is where you specifiy options, such as loading certain
modules or hardcoding the install directory)
make (builds apache)
make install (copies to it's directories, for me, I use /usr/local/apache)
