[Sunhelp] ftp restrictions

The great thing about Solaris is it supports 2 levels of permissions.  Not
only can you set the standard octal permissions (drwxr-xr-x....etc), but you
can also build ACL's.

man -s 1 setfacl.  More references at bottom of page.  w00t!
