250M9-100-W999 is the RSC supplement CD.  It contains the RSC software, which is 
also available for download via the web.  So the software is required, but can 
also be downloaded.  Unless there some difficulty in including it in orders, my 
inclination is to keep it as a requirement.

	On configuration guide book, I found that 250M9-100-W999(Supplement CD) 
should 
	be required for order of E250.
	But, there wasn't 250M9-100-W999 on any sample configuration.
	
	Is it really required? 
	Also, what's the contents of it?
