[Sunhelp] smtp in passwd file?

Solaris 2.5.1

Is there supposed to be an entry in /etc/passwd for smtp? If so is 
the UID supposed to be 0 (ie. root)? This seems to be a security 
issure or am I just paranoid. I see it on lots, but not all, machines 
here running 2.5.1.
