[Sunhelp] Some hints, please .

A little help with the following stuff will be appreciated.

1. Is there any freeware tool capable to print at least booklet (same 
functionality as "FinePrint" for Windows -http://www.singletrack.com)?

2. Where (within US)I can find a couple of cheap SBUS SCSI cards for SS20? 
Same about a SS5 or SS20 (I need only the case and the system board).
