I have two SS-10 running with 2 x ST32272N each for more than 4 months 
without any temperature problem, even when the ambient temperature was over 
85 degrees (F). I also had some SS-2 running with 1 x ST32272N for about 6 
months, without any problem too.

I think that, theoretically, Bill is right, but you may want to try to use 
it internally and see if the temperature can be a problem or not.
