Well, I entered the OBP (ok prompt) and tried:
test-memory
test /memory
obdiag
test-all

All I get back is the command I entered, followed by a ?

.version returns:
Release 4.03 Tadpole 1.05 Version 368 created 2003/09/03 16:29
OBP 4.0.112 2003/09/03 16:29

I have the environmental values set to:
diag-level = max
diag-switch? = true

diagnostic-mode?  returns no info.

The SparcLE users guide gives no OBP reference info.  The Sun OBP 4 
reference says the commands should work.  I'm stumped.
