Ultrabooks use an IDE interface so there is no limit there.

Solaris 7 is limited to 32Gb (Sparc) or 8Gb (Intel). This limit was
lifted in Solaris 8 and there is no hard limit (certainly not for mobile
devices).

So you should be able to run all present day 2.5" IDE disks (80Gb) with
no problem.
