No, it's `fbconfig'.  Umm... you *do* have the Tadpole packages
loaded, right?  ;-)

You really should load their packages onto your Sparcbook; in addition
to making your PCMCIA slots happy and improving your power management,
you'll get other toys to play with like `battery' and `syshw'.  See
