[SPARCbook] Mouse Problem!

Hi,

I have a problem with the pointer of my Sparcbook 3.
It only moves horizontally. First I checked the connection pointer
to controller, wich is OK. To verify if the pointer is weak,
I attached external sun mouses (type 5 optical and mechanical).
The mouse buttons work fine, but the cursor doesnt move.
External keyboard works.
Could this be a problem of the microcontroller subsystem?
Has anybody of you experienced a similar problem?
