[SPARCbook] OT: Need cheap intel laptop

Anybody know where I can get a half-decent 486-or-better laptop with
16mb ram and around a 500mb HD?  CD-ROM would be nice but not absolutely
required - I just need a small system to use for packet radio purposes
(and I'm looking for used ham radio equipment as well - passed my exam
this morning!)
