There was also the full-system bus-cycle-accurate
SPARCserver-1000/SuperSPARC-I (v1.1) simulator, called sundragon-sim, also
mentioned in Solaris bug-reports and SunSolve infodocs.

AFAIK, sundragon-sim never "escaped" from Sun, but if anyone knows
otherwise, please holler!

Alternatively, SIMH is a full-system emulator that can emulate a
SPARCstation-2 (RT601/RT602 CPU/FPU, Sun4 "PMEG" MMU, etc, etc). However,
it is not cycle-accurate, but will run SunOS 4.x and Solaris 2. Search for
SIMH, you should find it easily.
