[rescue] Sun Blade 6000

Hi all
I picked up a cheapish Sun Blade 6000 with a single blade recently, and thought I'd try and get it up and running.
One thing I noticed is I need a special '3 cable dongle' to set up the blades. This seems to plug into the connector onthe front of the blade and provides SVGA/USB etc.
Any idea where I can get one of these? Or does anyone have one I can borrow / buy ?
I'm in the UK.
