Source trees should be out there for some of the later stuff (6.x) as 
well. I think once it escaped into the wild that is when "LSD" or some 
other computer security group started dropping lots of IRIX exploits.

I used to have a few random SunOS / Solaris source trees floating 
around IRC but long gone.
