Pretty much everything is double-pumped in the original SuperSPARC,
including the register file (the register file became double-ported on the
SuperSPARC II, IIRC), so the low clock speed is misleading. That's why
despite the higher frequency the HyperSPARC aren't much faster unless you
hit 100+ MHz at least.
