In that case the SCSI2SD Powerbook Edition might help <

I don't have that exact one, but I recently tried a "normal" (3.5") SCSI2SD
in a SPARCstation IPX, and everything went smoothly hardware-wise. Solaris
7 screwed up the geometry (16 GB SD) so that newfs would fail to produce a
working set of parameters for mkfs, but changing the geometry by hand
solved the problem. I could then install Solaris 7, all the recommened
patches and the /dev/random driver with no issue at all on the SD card.

Cordially,
