[rescue] looking for RAM for Sun Fire 280R

When I ran the full diagnostic, it marked two of the 1gb DIMMs as
faulty. In future diagnostic boots, the 280R also gave errors and asked
me to replace the CPUs and motherboard.

I just shifted the DIMMs around a bunch of times and eventually there
were no errors. All 4x1gb and 4x256mb DIMMs are recognized and passed
ECC checks. No idea what happened...
