[rescue] looking for RAM for Sun Fire 280R

I seem to have an ECC error on one of the 1gb DIMMs in my Sun Fire 280R.
Sadly, the diagnostics don't seem to be able to tell me which one.

These need to be matched sets of four, so I'm looking for an X7063A or 
X7052A (kit or maybe just one stick if I'm lucky).
Thoughts? or any idea how to get rid of a whole 280R (2x 1015MHz, 2x 
146gb FC-AL, DVD-ROM, RSC, PCI graphics)...
