Woah, woah. Hold on.

"Note: Oracle Solaris 10 will continue to be a supported operating system for
these affected platforms as per the current Oracle lifetime support policy."

They aren't exactly dumping support for Solaris 10 legacy SPARC platforms. If
you are in a corporate environment I don't think there's any need to panic
*yet*. I know it's far from a good sign, but I'm guessing they are probably
gonna push out support contracts and patches for Solaris 10 platforms for a
good while yet. I imagine many companies are still happily existing on Solaris
10 'legacy' hardware and Oracle databases. They'd shoot themselves in the foot
if they messed that up. What exactly is this 'Lifetime support policy' anyway?
How long will it last?
