[rescue] Possible alternative to a IIe card in a Mac

I found the following with a web search. I have no idea if it works, or
how well, but it looks promising.

It's a USB device that attaches to a 1.2m floppy drive and reads GCR, including
Apple II, disks. There is software for Windows, Linux and MacOS X.
