[rescue] Old Mac bits needed

Need bits for an old Quadra 700 -

- Apple external SCSI CD-ROM enclosure (hey, I'd like things to match if
  I can).
- AAUI to 10baseT transceiver/dongle, or AAUI->AUI and an AUI->10bt brick
- 2-3 ADB cables (have a keyboard, no cable)
- DB15 (Apple Video) to VGA adapter/dongle
- Four 30pin 16M 80s-or-better SIMMs (to max out the RAM)

If you've got any of this, let me know.  I'm building up this box to
be a host for my MacIvory board set.
