Start with:  zpool replace ccase c0t3d0 c0t7d0

Looks like you have backup snapshots, but how many is unclear.  It also
looks as though the identifiable damaged file exists in at least two
backup snapshots, and is corrupt in at least two of them.  You may be
able to recover it from the previous snapahot, IF you have it.

What does 'zfs list' report?
