[rescue] needed RJ11 to serial

It is for the Promise VTrak e310s, a 2U, 12-drive SAS/SATA array with
onboard hw raid, if that helps.  I have found a page that seems to
indicate that the Sun StorEdge had a unit or two of these that also
needed RJ11 serial.
