Those of us who got in on the Tru64 non-commercial deal, that ended a
year or so ago, got licenses that work on any Digital UNIX/Tru64
v3.0+.

Where you'd get similar, now, I dunno.

You get a single-user (root) single-login license, just by installing the OS.
