[rescue] Wanted: Sun V20z bits (RAM, drive carrier)

Hi

I recently picked up a cheapish Sun V20z and am in need a few bits to max it
out:
- A drive carrier (common to the V20z, V40z and the equivalent Newisys
  models).
- Some extra RAM. The system came with 4GB but I'd like to add a bit more.
  According to the spec sheets it takes DDR 333 (PC2700) registered DIMMs,
  up to 2GB in size.

Anyone got either of those items that they'd like to let go for a
reasonable price?
