Strictly, you can't, of course.

But there is a functional equivalent.  On serial console, a break
condition is normally interpreted as more or less the same operation as
L1-A on a real keyboard.  (Of course, this depends on software to
interpret it that way, but (a) that's true of L1-A as well, and (b) as
far as I know that's what everything does, or does by default for
software that makes it settable.)
