eh yes I also remember having to pay 20000 franks that is 500 Euro/month 
for a 64Kb leased line and 32 IP's. That where the days the internet
was expensive and allmost impossible to come by here in Belgium...You 
needed  to know  people and have deep pockets. You know what brought
the internet to the (low) standard  it is now...no wel let me tell you 
it was the webbrowser, this single piece of software alone is 
responsible for  the
comercialisation of the internet...however this piece of software also 
brought the prices down.
