[rescue] Digi C/CON 16-Port RS-232 RJ-45 50000584 Concentrator parts wanted

greetings,
i got a Digi C/CON 16-Port RS-232 RJ-45 50000584 Concentrator without a
power supply.
I need power cable - the one 220V 50-60Hz preferred.
As far as i read the fine manual, digi also mentions that there is a special
pci interface card that needs to be plugged in the box so that one can
manage the device. Is this card needed or there is another option to run the
terminal.
If i really need the card could someone pass it along with a power supply
cable.
Based in South-East Europe.
