[rescue] seeking front/rear plastic covers for DEC BA23

I have a "bare" BA23 which I would like to find the front and rear
(when standing as a pedestal) covers for, see the pictures at the top
of this page:

I am also missing the blanking plates for the rear of the BA23
chassis, see the third set of photos (from the top).
I believe the part numbers for the front/rear plastic covers are:

74-27559-01 DIGITAL FRONT BEZEL ASSEMBLY
74-27560-01 DIGITAL PEDESTAL REAR BLANKING COVER
