Minimum OS for SPARC is SunOS 4 / aka (retro-renamed) Solaris 1.x

Last release of SunOS 4 was 4.1.4, but honestly I'd just run NetBSD 5.x or
OpenBSD 4.5 instead if you need a *BSD.
