[rescue] Needed: 13W3 cable or adapter

I have apparently run out of 13W3 adapters. The only one I have left  
is missing all of the pins, so as to modify it into a SOG adapter.  
However, I have 3(!) female 13W3 to female HD15 adapters. So, a male  
to male 13W3 cable would fit the bill nicely or a male 13W3 to HD15  
adapter.

If anyone has any of these extra to spare I'd very much appreciate  
it, or trade it for one of the female to female adapters I have.
