" That sounds a lot like what Cycle sold as a "Cycle UP-20" and someone else
" sold as an "Ultra-520":

close...

" Apologies for the crap photos; I'd only had my first camera for about a
" week when I took those. In photo #2, you can see the Sun 370 part number.
" Do the first seven digits match the part number on your board?

i can't open mine up just now, as my tools are all over at my gf's
house... but they're different; i have sbus slots instead of pci and
no onboard graphics, and 8 mem slots for 1G max, like a u1. also, the
rear panel looks like customized ss20 plastic. a daughterboard blocks
4 of the sbus/mbus openings and carries a custom 'mii' interface and
wide scsi socket; the rest is as in the 20, except serial a and b are
separate on the leftmost 2 db25s. looks like yours has a upa slot
too, which i would love to have on mine. perhaps it superseded mine?

as soon as i can open it - maybe tomorrow - i'll get the 370 p/n.

" My understanding is that Sun only released firmware updates to integrators
" who might make modifications[0] before passing them on to customers.

well shazbat.
