My Gigapound Cycles metric was designed to be platform agnostic  
(PowerPC vs. SPARC vs. MIPS would be considered equal, save clock  
speed and core count).

In my mind, with similar E450 and cyclequads on the table, the metric  
I proposed would put the E450 on top, as it should...

If they 'present' as a single system, then yes (I am biased, I have  
about a dozen U2s I could lash together in some sort of compute  
complex)...
