Doesn't it want ECC RAM? That's how mine came from Sun, anyway...

If it can truely take non-ECC RAM, you can get a 4 Gig kit (2x 2 Gig  
DIMMs) for under $100 these days...

If you want some 512 Meg PC-3200 DIMMs, drop me a note off-line.
