it's probably the rollers.

i don't remember if there is more than one set of rollers.

if you use a refiller business, they should be able to repair it or order
the parts for you.  (probably even if you don't.)
i don't remember any of the online places (that was 7 years ago [for my old,
tired memory]).

these lj4 (with the metal frames) are tanks.  good prints and excellent
life.
none of carly's plastics.
