"Buckling-spring"?  I don't know what that means in terms of the feel.
The LM keyboards I particularly liked felt rather like a Sun type-3 but
with slightly stiffer springs and, I think, substantially more massive
(though not much, if any, larger) keycaps.

In particular, the "buckling" part sounds somewhat as though you're
talking about the kind of key that has a "tactile feedback" bump
partway down - what would be called a negative-resistance region if it
were an electrical current/voltage characteristic instead of a
travel/backpressure characteristic.  I specifically do not want that; I
want nothing but F=-kx spring resistance until the bottom of the key's
travel.  (And inevitable friction, I suppose, but ideally that should
be too low to notice.)
