No, max 4GB RAM, max 4CPUs. Total.  You can put a sh..crapload of disks 
into them, though, if they have all 3 SCSI backplanes.

And I'm just pointing out to whoever cares, that this is not a possible 
system configuration. :)

Unfortunately, that's about all an E450 seems to be worth these days.
