I have on my desk a 9" Sony VAIO PCG-141A. Normally, i would avoid any
Sony PC like the plague, but this is a very nice little thing. The
screen is 1024x480, and closed, it is about 9"x6"x1.5". It has a 600mhz
Transmeta Crusoe, 128MB of memory, and I think a 8GB hard drive.
Unfortunately, it has no integrated network cards.

I'm thinking it would be a fun little machine to use as a
terminal/email/web browser if it was running linux or a BSD. Has anyone
used one of these for that? Any suggestions for a wireless network card
that would not be too ackward? It has a USB port and a pc card slot
available, but i would want something that doesn't stick out too much
and would not be prone to breakage.
