You can usually buy disk sleds for $50 each from XS International.   
They are a decent reseller that sells IBM parts.  I got 3 B80 sleds  
for that price + a black plastic faceplate for free.  I think I got a  
second two CPU board for the F50 from them for $150 a while ago (back  
when they cost more).

The could be a little expensive but they will assemble stuff for  
you... i.e. if you needed F50 backplanes for SCSI or SSA, you could  
get them and cable kits.
