It's interpreted ok under Sylpheed Claws, and looks roughly as I'd
expect a non-USASCII subject to be encoded as. So I'd guess your copy
of Eudora isn't interpreting it using the relevant RFC (yes it's a
standard although the number hasn't stuck around in my head).
