[rescue] e4500 serial wiring

Update - as expected null terminal works like charm.
Now I will rest a while, packed my backpack with rs232 cable, connectors,
solaris 10 cd's and firmware ready to install on monday.
Soldering iron,etc is already at $WORK.
Also I'm considering a nice discussion with sales on certain hw params and
coming live to NYC.
But that would be after I set it up.
