[rescue] Maxserver 16 - flash card written?

I have a Xyplex Maxserver 16 port 1U serial console - it is beautiful  
but is giving me fits about getting an image file on it.

Any chance someone out there can write a flash card on it and send it  
to me?  I have spare flash cards I will send in return plus a few  
bucks for your time/hassle.

It is a shame - such a nice bit of kit and yet I can't get it going...
