My rack has square holes, but they have these little "nuts with clips" that click into the square holes and allow me to screw in the bolts for my equipment...

Of course, my complaint is that my rack is too shallow for my Dell 1U server - the rails require a deeper rack than I have... Luckilly it fits right on top of my Sun T105 ;^)

I can't decide if I want to put my E420r on a shelf or get a proper rack kit - my rack is pretty sparse right now,and if I slid out a server like the E420r, I would very likely die...
