It's a kind of cheat, but an understandable one ... psrinfo expose the
fact there are 32 dispatch queues (guess who has been reading Solaris
Internals) but fails to expose the inner magic of the scheduler that
tries to (amongst other things that apply more to larger boxes) avoid
scheduling multiple jobs on one core where there are free cores
available. Of course scheduling multiple jobs on a core is better than
leaving said jobs waiting.
