I prefer 'vmstat -p 5' which gives more details on what is causing the
paging. The system is somewhat quiet at the moment, sr is mostly 0, but
with a peak of 9500 during which time the executable, anonymous and
filesystem pageins were pretty quiet.

I could chase it down, but my instinct says the peak activities are when
my photo galleries are busy ... either during large uploads, or when
viewing activity is somewhat hectic. Also things have improved somewhat
since switching from an old build of Apache/PHP/etc to the Blastwave
equivalent.
