I've got a couple 3153s and a 3151.  They're decent terminals (and cab 
use a Model M, which is nice), but don't have all of the keys that the 
VTxxx keyboards do.

The keyboards on my VT100s are reasonable nice, and not as nice as a 
Model M, but a good 2nd place.
