Check EBay, I just got an LSI FC909 based card with a cable for 30 bucks 
shipped.
I see QLA2[1,2]00 cards up there all the time for about the same. This 
is all two generations old now, but certainly still more than usable.

Got a Dell 630f disk shelf off EBay for 20 bucks too. With trays!
